When we called I got the best customer phone service! Alex was curteous, patient, knowledgeabale, and made me trust in him and the service. There was an easy change in agenda via their email. The driver ED showed up on time and ready to take us girls drinking and capture it all on film! We was really nice, easy to get along with, very knowledgeable about the area, wineries, and wine staff. Our tastings were the most afforadable I’ve ever heard of! I’de definitely use this service again!
