I booked a self-guided “Girls’ Weekend Napa Adventure” with Apex and was so incredibly impressed with their overall service and professionalism.

I found their company through a Google. Ofthe companies that I identified, Apex offered the most competitive pricing.

What was most impressive was their general responsiveness. I received a follow-up email from their on-line quoting system within 5 minutes of my request. More impressively, I sent them an itinerary a few days before the booked “Napa Adventure” and received an email confirmation with the updated itinerary within an hour.

In addition to receiving a call from Apex’s reservation center two days before the scheduled event to confirm the event details, I also received a call from the driver the evening prior to our scheduled departure to confirm pick-up time as well as provide me with his various contact information.

Our driver (Cedric) was timely, professional, and a true pleasure. He was so accommodating and even provided some other options for our wine tour.

I would strongly recommend Apex.
