Prior to our tour, I worked via email with Nelli on our pick up times and suggested locations. Instead of being ‘put-off’ by my many edits, Nelli was gracious, kind and patient! When asking for some suggestions, I was promptly sent a menu to a local favorite gourmet grocery store and then links to wine tasting ‘deals’ above and beyond what I expected anyone to do! Our driver Eric – was wonderful. He made several recommendations based on what we said our interests were and he immediately set out to make sure we had an amazing time (which we did!) While in one private tasting he was calling ahead to get us into another one. There were many places we would have never found on our own had it not been for him suggesting and taking us there (i.e., on top of a mountain with an infinity water feature overlooking amazing views!) My in-laws, husband and 5 month old daughter were all there and we had an amazing time!
