Napa Valley

My Wife and I did a day trip to Napa. We had booked with APEX a month prior and when the day arrived APEX ‘s driver, LEO was punctual. The y sent us an SUV even though we had ordered a regular town car. LEO was very knowledgeable, friendly, and knew his way around Napa. We had some wineries planned for the day, but we also asked Leo for some suggestions. I was pleasantly surprised with the recommendations Leo provided. He first asked us what we liked to drink at home and what we were planning to get out of this day, and based on our answers and likes, he brought us to some great wineries. Leo even came into some of the wineries o check in on us and even offered to take pictures of us both. This day was unforgettable for us that we went over 3 hours with our trip. This day ended up being the highlight of our trip. Leo, also included plenty of water which was needed after all the wine drinking. We are looking to do this trip again next year and will definitely book APEX and will be asking for Leo. Their service is flawless from start to finish. Highly recommend Apex limo and Leo.

My daughter and I were vacationing for the weekend in San Francisco and decided at 9 p.m. on Saturday night that we’d rather spend Sunday in Napa as we had experienced enough of the city life. I had used Apex in October so I called them and they were able to set me up for the next day even though it was on extremely short notice. Alex M., our driver, was a total delight! My daughter is 18, so he set up a tour of Napa that she would enjoy even though she was unable to do wine tasting. We first went to Castillo di Amoroso, which was a stunning medieval castle, then on to Frank Family vineyards for a picnic, and then to Inglenook, where she was able to get a mocha at the Bistro, and then we toured the museum there. On the way back to San Francisco, Alex suggested we might want to stop by Treasure Island, where we paused to take beautiful pictures of the San Fran skyline. What a fabulous day!

Celebrated My Birthday In Style

I called Apex at about 9pm the night before our Napa Valley wine tasting day. Our planned driver (my nephew) had just cancelled and I was so glad that Apex had 24 hour customer service because we planned to leave at 9am and needed to be picked up about 40 minutes away from Napa. Thankfully, they happliy obliged us and our driver arrived 10 minutes early in a comfortably sized suv when we had only ordered a sedan. This was nice since all 3 of us are tall (me 6′ and my brother about 6’3″). The driver was friendly without being too talkative and let us drive in quiet experiencing the beautiful landscape views. He checked in on us at a few of the wineries and and asked us if we wanted him to take our picture which was great! All of the pictures came out great. He also suggested a winery to us when we were trying to decide which one to go to next and it ended up being our favorite of them all. I became a wine club member of that one. He was very professional and didn’t make a comment about us going overtime even though it was Superbowl Sunday. Would definitely use this company again.

Apex Limo Services

We used this company for our annual napa trip.

Apex limo service truly shines. Their service is flawless from start to finish.
Their telephone customer service rep was very nice, professional and responsive. The customer service rep instantly came up with the quote, explained all the details and options. Within minutes she emailed me with the confirmation details and the whole service was booked in no time.

Our driver, Sasha, was great. He was punctual, very knowledgeable, friendly, and knew his way around Napa like the back of his hand.
We didn’t have a set plan for the day, so we asked him for some suggestions. I was pleasantly surprised with the recommendations Sasha provided.
He first asked us what we liked to drink at home and what we were planning to get out of this day, and based on our answers and likes, he designed such a cool and unforgettable day for us. This day ended up being the highlight of our trip.

On top of that, our limo was spotless and had a bar that included alcohol. We didn’t really touch the hard stuff, but it was nice to drink champagne on the way to the wineries. The limo also included plenty of water and non alcoholic drinks.
Their service is flawless from start to finish. Highly recommend Apex limo and Sasha.

Rocking Good Time in Sonoma!

What an amazing tour we had with Ivo! He was polite, professional and was excellent at letting us stop where we wanted and also had wonderful suggestions for the surrounding area. Also, the booking agent was extremely helpful and kind. I would highly suggest an Apex tour over the “standard” big bus tours to the local wineries. We learned the hard way, we shold have booked both Sonoma and Napa with Apex. Thank you Apex and Ivo!

Napa Valley Tour

We were on a cruise and had booked an excursion to Napa Valley. The event was canceled two days before we arrived in San Francisco, so we scrambled with an online search and found Apex. Leo, our driver, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and we were able to pack in a lunch at Greystone and four vineyards in our six-hour window. A real bonus was that our private limo tour actually ended up being less expensive that the ship’s excursion!

We had a great day of touring Napa with Eric. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the wines and was a great guide for our day. And he even texted some suggestions for where to go in Sonoma. We had a great time and would definitely recommend Apex – and ask for Eric.

We had an amazing day visiting vineyards. Andre was friendly and professional, arrived on time, and got us to all our scheduled tours on time. Apex provided recommendations for a picnic lunch and locations to eat. Their recommendations were great. We would definitely use Apex again, and request Andre.

Request Andre for wine tours!

I reserved a driver from Apex for our day of wine tasting in Sonoma/Calistoga based on other reviews from Yelp and Trip Advisor. Every aspect of their service was flawless from the time I called to reserve (and had many questions) to their timely arrival for pick-up to the AMAZING driver, Andre, that we were assigned. Andre picked us up at our Inn in Napa and waited at each winery within sight of the exit each time. Andre would even get out of the car when we appeared to be done at the tasting to see if we wanted him to take any pictures for us. How nice is that?! The large SUV was in perfect condition and came equipped with lots of bottled water (which is critical when tasting all day!) It was a great size and set-up for 2 couples. It was also great having somewhere to leave personal items that we did not want to bring into the tasting (like our picnic lunch) knowing that Andre was with the car 100% of the time. While we already had selected the wineries that we wanted to visit, Andre was clearly knowledgeable on the area and could have recommended many other spots for us if we wanted to take more than our 6 hours. He was friendly throughout the day and answered any questions we had about the area, the various wineries, etc. I highly recommend you use Apex, specifically Andre, for your next wine tour. Excellent tour. Our driver, Alex M. was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The car was very comfortable and clean. This was our first time to Napa and he helped us navigate the wineries and provided a lot of useful information. I would highly recommend both Apex and Alex for this sort of excursion.

Awesome Wine Tour!

From beginning to end, Apex Wine Tour was wonderful! I had booked over the phone with Nelli, she was friendly and answered my questions thoroughly. On the day of the tour, Chauffeur Bruce arrived on time and was very professional. I had booked the tour for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and Bruce rolled with our silly requests like “let’s go where the hot guys are at!” Bruce was also cool to take photos of us at the entrances and the photos came out great!!! But time flies when you’re having fun and we added an hour to our awesome wine tour! Will definitely book with Apex and Bruce again!

Chauffeur Bruce Mello Rocks

Bruce Mello was our driver and guide. He was extraordinary. Bruce knew Napa Valley and took us on an amazing wine tour. We laughed, we giggled and we learned a lot while having tons of fun. We are locals and had friends visiting from Charlotte, North Carolina. If you are in Napa make sure you wind up in Bruce’s limo. You will be set for a fabulous day. Best Pat, Larkspur, California.

Apex Tours Bruce Mello

My family and I booked Apex tours for our trip to Napa for my 30th birthday. I was so very pleased with the customer service time that was taken to speak to both me and my sister about how everything was to run. I received a quote and timely answers to my questions from Nelli, who was very courteous! We have never visited wine country before and needed some great guidance. This was fulfilled through Bruce Mello, our driver. He truly was a wine expert. He took time to sit and chat with us to get to know what it is we might like to do (since we had NO IDEA). We had reserved the 6 person limo and he brought the 8 person free of charge! However, his knowledge on the area, where and when to go, and his expertise are quite priceless.
We had an absolute blast on our day through wine country! Bruce told us that if we wanted to go over our reserved time he was open to whatever we needed or wanted.
This tour was THE highlight of our family trip to San Francisco!
I would book with Bruce EVERY time!!
I would like to thank him for making such memories for me and my family on the rare occasion we can all be together!

Napa Valley with Bruce Mello

My friends and I visited Napa Valley for the first time this weekend. We were so fortunate to have met Bruce Mello because he became a friend and was an excellent tour guide! Bruce Mello was very friendly and informative and tried to make the experience enjoyable and tailored to our preferences! Experiencing Napa Valley would not have been so great with out Bruce, he strives to create a memorable adventure leaving you with the desire to come back!
