We spent three days in Healdsburg and Napa with Ivo as our driver, and it was perfect. He was always early, flexible with timing and schedules, and offered great suggestions. Hiring Apex for this weekend was our best decision! 🙂

We had a 6 hour Napa tour with Alex. Beyond expectations throughout. Alex personalized our tour by providing appropriate recommendations, ex. Opting for an alternate winery, adjusting the route slightly so it flowed geographically, and assisting in the timing of our tour as we neared the scheduled end time. Alex was professional and personable. Apex as a company was great to work with – easy scheduling over the phone, schedule adjustments via e-mail, and confirmation e-mail 24 hours prior to scheduled pick up. I would go through Apex again for a similar tour and highly recommend their service – and Alex.

If you’re new to Napa valley, a limo tour from Bruce is the only way to do it. Not only do you go to the best (and least busy) wineries, but you get the lowdown on good restaurants, the history behind the wineries, brief behind the scenes tours, and a fun and courteous driver. Looking back at our honeymoon arranging a tour from Apex and Bruce was the highlight of our trip. There’s simply no other way to do it. Don’t go and think you’ll just go to a list of wineries your friends recommend, you’ll miss out on so much! Ask for Bruce!

We just spent a long weekend in Napa & used Apex and their outstanding driver Eric, for 2 full days of winery tours. Apex was thoroughly professional to deal with, the car beautiful, but best of all was our driver/host/concierge-Eric! His knowledge of the vineyards, local families, wine, tasting rooms, tours, restaurants etc was beyond all expectations. His prompt, courteous & friendly service was extremely helpful, and we were able to learn valley folklore & legend as well as current & past histories of the areas that we visited. I would highly recommend Apex, and please ask for Eric, as you will be at ease with his professionalism, communication skills and inside knowledge of Napa. Bravo Apex & Eric!

We just returned from our honeymoon in Napa and the highlight of our trip had to be the day we spent touring the wineries in our limo with Apex. There is no other way to go than with Bruce!!! From the moment he picked us up it was like we had our own tour guide of the entire Napa region. He was so incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond on our day with him. He brought us to some wineries just to take a few pictures and had some great recommendations on ones that I wouldn’t even have thought of (Silver Oak, Grgich, etc). Each place we went he walked us in and told us the history of the place, even brought us to some VIP areas. He brought us to Grgich to even stomp grapes! The limo was stocked with water, wine, etc and we even kept the tour going an extra hour because we were having so much fun with Bruce. On your next trip to Napa, be sure to use Apex and also to request Bruce Mello, he’s the best!

We booked Apex for a 6 hour private tour for my wife and I. Eric was a great guide. Not only did he know the area but here really knows his wines. We had thought we knew th good spots but he took us to paces that were much better. Great day was had by all.

Bachelorette Party in Sonoma

I had put together an itinerary of a wine tour for a group of 8 in Sonoma for my sister’s bachelorette party. Bruce from Apex Transportation was our lovely driver for the day and he was GREAT!!! He made our trip smooth and easy by picking us up right on time, took us to each of the wineries on our list and kept us on schedule in order to make it back to our final destination where we had reservations for dinner. It was perfect timing spent at each winery and Bruce made it his priority to keep us on track and on time, accomplishing every task on our itinerary perfectly! He laughed with us, chatted with us, and even was our photographer for our group pictures. Could not have asked for a better limo experience and a successful bachelorette trip in Sonoma. Thanks Bruce from each and everyone one of us!!

We had a group of 3 women for 2 days.

Bruce was our driver on day 1, and he definitely knew all the wineries. He had good suggestions and advice and helped us have a fabulous time. He also went above and beyond duty by arriving early, and returning the cell phone we left in his limo the next day even though he had another job to do. We really appreciated it!

Day 2 we had Mario who helped us enjoy 5 different wineries in 6 hours. He showed up to our hotel 15 minutes early and was polite and curteous when helping us in and out of the limo. We didn’t really have questions about where to go, but he offered advice.

Ask for Bruce. We vacationed to San Fran and decided to take a 6 hour trip by limo to Napa to enjoy some California wine country. Not know what to expect from the service, we were extremely satisfied by the outcome. Bruce arrived 10 mins early. Opened up the limo and sat us down in there with libations. He asked us what we wanted out of the trip, what types of wine each of us enjoyed. After finding out we were all different in our wine styles, he suggested a few winaries but left the options to us.
We wanted a relaxing trip with a guide who would not push winaries on us. He offered a few suggestions(we took him up on one). His suggestion was amazing. We all enjoyed both the grounds and the wines. He was not over intrusive at all. Very knowledgable and friendly. We also were amazed at his overall knowledge of the valley. He knew much about most winaries(owners and their back stories, which wines they specialized in and more).
We love to travel and can guarantee on our next trip to San Francisco that Bruce will get a call. We loved it so much that we went over our rental by 3 hours and were glad to pay the extra. Thanks Bruce for making it a great trip. I encourage anyone who wants to explore the 400 plus winaries to call Bruce. Its overwhelming if you dont have a guide to put you on the great vineyards and to know that the guide is catering to your needs. 5 Stars.

Napa Wine Tour

We booked a day with Bruce Mello and it was the best day we have ever had with a tour guide. He was so knowledgable and accomodating to us. He asked us about our tastes and expectations about our tour and did everything he could to make this a memorable and relaxing experience. We booked a 6 hour tour and stayed with Bruc
e for 9 hours!! The day flew by and we had the time of our life!! He gave us so many options for our day for not only wines but food and the views. He is highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a magnificent experience!!!

Napa Valley with Leo

We recently did a tour of several Napa Valley wineries with Apex. The process was seamless from start to finish. We made reservations online, received several confirmations, and then were picked up (on time) by Leo. He was curtious, professional, informative, and personable. He offered knowledge of San Francisco, as well as Napa.
After gettinig a feel for our preferred tastes, he recommended a winery to us that ended up being a favorite. At the beginning of the day, he also recommended a phenomenal restaurant with a view, great food, and great service.
The whole process with Apex was headache-free; and Leo was intriguing and fun for the duration of the trip.

Apex car service was fantastic as was Alex M……
called on Sat 8/17 th to book for next day…..which we were crunched for time since we flew out Sunday nite….my mom n I wanted to experience Napa….very pleased with the lady who took our reservation… very helpful….Alex arrived at hotel early what a wonderful surprise to see we were upgraded to a Lincoln navigator( beautiful SUV inside n out)….it was our 1st time to Napa….Alex M was AWESOME!!! Drive was wonderful….Alex took us by treasure island what a VIEW! then we were off to Napa 🙂 the drive was beautiful….Alex was very knowledgeable about the city ….Napa n wines….the wineries he took us to were breathtaking …the views ahhhhhh so amazing!!! Alex is such a pleasant n polite person… felt like he had known us for a long time…we felt very comfortable in every way…. Alex was so courteous n a great driver…..my mom is a huge back seat driver and didn’t even complain once about trip for 6 hours…I joked at the end of trip by airport when I realized she hadn’t panicked about his driving…ride was very smooth n comfortable….the trip EXCEEDED our expectations in every way….so THANK you so much for making our trip to Napa a wonderful….memorable trip ALEX M 🙂 I really truly recommend Apex n Alex M to anyone who is thinking about this trip….the service is out of this world….felt like queens 🙂 will come back and will use Apex and will request Alex M in near future…after a Vegas trip 🙂 Hmmmm does Alex M go to Vegas???

We rented a driver service for a wine tasting in Sonoma. We had a six person limo which fit six adults VERY comfortably. Luke, our driver, was friendly and professional and offered us recommendations to make sure we didn’t go over our time limit. He even kept our wine purchases stored in the front of the car rather than the hot trunk. I will absolutely use Apex the next time I am in Northern California.

Apex delivered on time and with style. the limo was pristine, the drinks aboard were as promised and Sasha the tour guide/driver was magnificent. He was personable, flexible, knowledgeable and a competent driver. We had a VERY ambitious schedule and Sasha found a way to keep to it without us ever feeling rushed. We made him late and he worked hard to get us back on time. While not on the itinerary, Sasha helped us with great Russian words and phrases and complimented our rookie pronunciations!
