This past weekend I took my fiance and her parents out on a Napa Valley wine tour and it was exquisite. The limousine arrived at our home fifteen minutes early and we were greeted by a very friendly tuxedo attired chauffeur. From the moment we were picked up to the moment we were returned home we were pampered like royalty. I give my full recommendation of this limousine and transportation service to anyone interested in wine country tours or chauffeured transportation of any kind.

I booked this service to take me and my friends up to Napa for my birthday and I have nothing but good things to say.  The drive was very pleasurable as well as comfortable.  Our driver was very pleasant and professional.  I give this service two thumbs up.

Excellent Limo service!  Our driver, Alex, was great and knew lots of great wineries to visit and tour.  This was our first visit to Napa, and we had the best time!!  Highly recommended.

UPDATE:  The new management has made some very kind offers even now to rectify this situation, which is very cool (and unnecessary) given how much time has passed.  So on the face of those offers, upgrading the rating.  Very professional approach; may even be willing to give them another try.

Prior Experience:  Waited an hour for the driver at the San Jose airport–this after confirming the reservation prior to getting on the plane earlier that day. Had to cal  Ride to San Francisco was pleasant enough at a very safe 60MPH.  Upon arrival the driver insisted upon a tip–which was included in the negotiated price of the ride (did I mention he was an hour late?).  Resulting scene of two parties calling the management at 12:15 AM.  Driver then drove away in a huff.

Previously riding in a limo made me nervous because usually we had a poorly trained or  should I say unprofessional drivers. Literally on some occasions the driver wouldn’t know how to get us to our destination, so he/she would stay on the phone the whole time jerking limo at every intersection.

I have heard of Apex Transportation from a friend of mine, so we gave them a try. Ever since we only go with Apex. Their limo drivers are the most professional drivers. They are very courteous, know the roads to avoid heavy traffic as well as bumpy streets and their drivers are very polite. With their very competitive prices I would highly recommend them to any one. over any other so called Limo services. Thanks again Apex Transportation.

Apex Transportation is a service that I would highly recommend to anyone. I am a regular corporate traveler and travel to SFO frequently. After trying Apex Transportation I was extremely impressed with the quality of service, competitive prices, and punctuality of the driver. The ride was very smooth and the car was brand new, and had special tie downs for my luggage. Aside from that, the prices are below that of all of the east bay competitors, yet the service is far better. The driver himself was not only on time, but 15 minutes early and was very friendly and curteous. Once again, I recommend Apex Transportation to everyone, it is simply a great service.

For my friend’s birthday, I decided to get a bunch of friends together in a limo and go wine tasting in Napa Valley.  Searching online and reading various reviews, I went with Apex and I was happy I did.  They give excellent customer service both over the phone and in person.  The driver was friendly, courteous, and professional.  Even though I was late, he arrived on time.  All 8 us were very comfortable in a nice, clean limo.  All and all, it was an awesome day.  I would definitely recomend Apex to everyone.

This was an outstanding experience. Our driver, Alex, went out of his way to make everything perfect. I would recommend this limo service to anyone who wants great service, punctuality, and a beautiful limo. Over the past 5 years, our company has used at least 10 different Limo companies. No company has ever come CLOSE to the level of service that Apex provides!!! Regardless of what industry you are in, you could learn a thing or two about service from them. I was provided with really great service by Apex Transportation. The limo driver was about 10 min early and waited patiently for me (mind you my  reservation was for 5:30 in the morning) All the loading of the bags was taken care off for me and when I sat myself down in his new, freshly cleaned limo, I was asked “what type of temperature i would prefer…”
I could go on and on, but I’ll just say this – These guys pay attention to ALL the details and it shows.
When making a reservation, I would recommend asking for Alex, that’s the driver I had.
