Excellent service. Our driver, Ed arrived on time. We went on a six hour trip touring wineries. Ed was knowledgable and provided wonderful service. He picked up lunch and had it waiting on us after one of our tours! We will definitely be back! Ed, thanks so much for providing us with excellent service!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Apex.  I hired a 6 hour limo wine tour and the customer service was professional and friendly.  I appreciate the e-mail and phone confirmations and our requests were granted.

Ed was our driver and he was extremely helpful with winery and lunch suggestions.  I will definitely request him upon our return in December,

We had a limo yesterday for 6 friends for a wine country tour.  The service from the time we booked to yestedays tour was faultless.  The service was good they replied and answered any queries without delay and our Chauffeur, Sasha, was polite and friendly and allowed us to make the most of our day.  A lovely time had by all – Thankyou for such a great service.  Would recommend.

Excellent service. I booked an 8 passenger limo for 6 hours for my wife’s birthday. Our driver Luke was great. We deviated greatly from our original game plan, but he was more than happy to accommodate us at every turn. We live in the napa valley and know our way around well, but Luke seemed to know it just as well as we did. All we had to do is name a location and he was on it. Great experience and we look forward to enjoying their services again soon.

I rented an 8 passenger limo for 6 hours for a Napa wine tour. I called via phone to reserve the reservation. The customer service rep was helpful. However, it took another 2 calls to recieve my email confirmation.

On the day of the event, the driver called to let me know he was at the winery. I informed him that we would be awhile since we were all still wine tasting. He was very patient and waited for us. Upon entering the limo, he asked for payment and I informed him that we would be using two credit cards to pay. I had previous confirmation from the customer service rep that it would be ok to use two cards. However, the driver would only accept one card. He was abrupt and stand-offish at first, making me feel that he had better things to do. As the day went on, his mood seemed to lighten, but he did not give a good first impression. Overall the service was fine, he took us whereever we wanted to go.

Without compare, my recent experience with Apex Limo was the best I’ve ever had.  I engaged them to take us from Concord to AT&T park to see Paul McCartney and then return home.   Everything was perfect.  Andre our driver was professional, courteous, friendly and had a great sense of humor.  He and Apex made our evening superbly complete.  Whenever I need transportation service, I will only use Apex from now on and will recommend to everyone I know.  Thank you Apex and thank you Andre!

I hired Apex for a 6-hour limo wine tour for 6 people, as a birthday/thank-you present to my mom the day after my wedding.  Apex as a whole was friendly, helpful, and very easy to work with.  The price of the trip was *very* reasonable for the service provided, especially considering how much other places overcharge.  I will definitely use Ed and Apex for every excuse I can possibly find.

I particularly want to give a glowing review to Ed, though.  He was so friendly and went out of his way to make sure my parents and family on the trip had such a great time.  None of my family on the tour is from the Bay Area, and all had varying degrees of wine knowledge.  Ed was fun, laid back, and very flexible with the itinerary to make sure they had a blast and didn’t waste time on the way.  For example, Ed suggested a different, better deli to pick up lunch when the one I’d put on the itinerary had a ridiculously long line.  It would have been so much easier for him to just sit in the limo while my family waited in line.  Instead, he took them to a nearby deli that he liked better (I met them for lunch, and I agree it was a way better find!), ordered their sandwiches, then drove them to the next winery to get their tasting/tour started with some baguettes and cheese, went back to the deli and waited for their sandwiches, and then brought them back to everyone at the winery!  I was incredibly impressed.

I recently used Apex in Napa Valley on a girls trip. I am so happy that we hired Apex to take us to all of our wine tastings so we did not have to drive. The price was extremely reasonable. Ed, our driver, was outstanding and very patient with a car full of crazy girls! He took us to Dean and Deluca then arranged for us to have lunch and a wine tasting on a balcony with an incredible view. Ed took very good care of us while in Napa. I will definitely use Apex and Ed next time I am in Napa! THANK YOU ED!!!

We recently did my best friends bachelorette party in Napa and used Apex for our Saturday wine tour.

Our driver Ed was AMAZING! He recomended wineries and picnic spots and went above and beyond the call of duty stopping us for photo ops and making sure we were always well taking care of.

I will definitely use Ed and Apex limo everytime I am in the Napa area.

I’m on the border of giving this company a 3.5 to 4 stars. The customer service over the phone was A+ (very helpful, great recommendations, clear about the details, etc).

Here’s where they lost points. The driver showed up to our place on time, BUT, when we all came outside, he wanted to handle the money/payment right then and there, which is fine but instead of not welcoming our guests to hop in the car already, we all got the vibe that we couldn’t touch the limo until he had our credit card on file..so we just stood there. What he should’ve done was knock on our door, work out the payment details right then and there, and walk us to his car while opening the doors and welcoming us. I then had to introduce myself to get his name, BUT, he had a heavy accent and I couldn’t understand him. Lets just say, he wasn’t very personable… he was basically there to do his job and not make any conversation I guess. This is the first limo driver I had encountered like this.

Limo was clean, but not the cleanest. There were white marks/stains on the ceiling randomly…not a lot but enough to make our guests make jokes about it (don’t want to know what it is or how it got there!). There was a bottle of champagne on ice, some sprite, and a couple bottles of water. There was also to bottles with no labels on it. One smelled and tasted like cheap vodka, and the other smelled and tasted like jack daniels. BLAH!

We got to our destinations, didn’t feel rushed, and our driver was always there ready to go when we were walking towards the parking lot. No complaints about that. He did open our doors everytime we arrived at a winery and upon entering the car again which was nice.

I think we just got stuck with a driver that we didn’t get a great friendly vibe from (which we’re not used to). I’d recommend this company, in hopes that whoever uses them will get a friendlier driver than us.
