We have been to Napa many times but had always driven ourselves. My wife had always suggested a limousine. We flew to San Francisco specifically for the one day for an Apex tour of Napa. I was quite impressed by the website and particularly the fact that they pick you up at the San Francisco hotel and drop you back. Secondly I thought the rates were quite affordable. Finally the booking experience was excellent in terms of reaching them by phone and by e-mail and answered all our questions. They were very responsive,

Finally the day came and our driver Matt, the limo, and the overall experience was flawless. The first thing I noticed as we went to each winery was the time that we saved. On arrival I noticed everyone else having to park in a lot that was not always close to the tasting room. Matt was able to drop us as close as possible to the door and we hopped out. Similarly as we walked out he was always paying attention and drove right back up and we were off again.

Also when we drove ourselves we had to spend a fair bit of time looking at maps, but we did not have to do that with Matt driving. After asking us what we were interested in and molding the day to fit our desires, when we got back in the car he had the next stop in mind.

As a result I think we saw twice as many wineries as we would if we had driven ourselves. Finally, Matt recommended and reserved about an aspect place for lunch that we had not heard of. He obtained this the table with a view on a balcony overlooking the valley. It was magical and we thought the prices reasonable yet the food 5 star.

We took the 8 hour booking to allow extra time. We will definitely do this again with Apex many more times.

These guys were great.  It wasn’t cheap, but it was awesome to have our entire group together, without the concern for having to have a designated driver.  Our driver, Bruce, was punctual and knowledgable about wine country.  He was extremely helpful with all the details.

I’d easily pay for the service again!

We had the best wine country experience on Sept 1st, all because of Bruce, our chauffeur. He was on time (we were running a little late, but he patiently waited), courteous & friendly. Have been to the Napa/Sonoma valleys many times before, but this time with Bruce’s local knowledge & wine expertise we learned so much & he knew all the good places to go!!! He took his time along the drive to Napa/Sonoma, telling us about the history of the area & stopping for some fantastic “kodak” moments.

Thanks Bruce for a very memorable day out for me & my British friends!!! Can’t wait for the next opportunity to take a tour with you 🙂

We used APEX for a family wine tasting trip in Napa.

Bruce, our driver, was fantastic! He was obviously professional in every way, but also went out of his way to explain everything to us before we left, offered wonderful suggestions for places to stop, and even provided fun facts about the places we’d been! You should request him next time!

Most limos advertise they are “fully stocked” but when you arrive its actually a single bottle of water, if you are lucky…not APEX…we had water, sodas, champagne, you name it! It was great! There also were no hidden fees or disputes over cost. Its was actually really great!

Frankly I’ve always come to dread renting a limo because its usually a disaster (last company I used ran over my friend’s fence and balked at repairing it). APEX was very easy to work with and Bruce was the one of the most personable drivers I’ve had. I will certainly use them again !

Even though we’ve been to the Napa Valley many times, this was the first time we “did it up right!” Rented a hotel room and hired Apex!

Six hours of wine tasting was amazing driver Eric only made it better. We gave him a list of the wineries we wanted to see and asked him to suggest a couple of boutique wineries we may not have heard of. Our favorite was Beau Vigne. Eric was prompt, professional , picked up on our humor and rolled with it. He knows the valley and helped us organize and maximize our stops.

When we go back this fall we’ll use Apex again and definitely ask for Eric!

We celebrated our 20th in Napa last weekend and had Alex drive us around to various wineries for the day.  He was a consumate professional with great knowledge of the Napa Valley.

If you want a truely memorable experience, do yourself a favor and hire Apex Limousine Tours and ask specifically for Alex. He should get an award for his professionalism, his style, his personal character and his sense of humor.  Way to go Alex and Apex.  This is a perfect combo with style.

I know we will do this again real soon.
