Our Driver Alex M was a great driver! He made our day absolutely perfect! Our car was upgraded! It was very comfortable! Alex was very knowledgeable, we learned a lot from him! He had great recommendations and was very helpful with us! I would definitely request him again if I ever go back to Napa! He was very personable and punctual! I came upon this company via google! and extremely satisfied with the service! I would recommend Alex M to everyone! Thank you APEX and ALEX for the wonderful Napa experience!!!

We had a great day, however, we ordered a town car and received a limo. Most people would be happy, but we are tall and all have uncooperative backs. A car would have been much more comfortable with more head room and we would have been able to see the scenery better. Bruce was a very nice driver.

Our group chose Apex Limo service based on a prior good experience. My expectations were exceeded by our driver, Eric, who was prompt, knowledgeable and service oriented. His experience in Napa Valley made him an asset to our trip as we navigated already well-known territory by our group. I would request Eric specifically again when making arrangements for a limo service while visiting wineries and restaurants in Napa Valley.

Apex was great from phone to office to chauffeur. Sasha, our driver, was timely and very helpful when it came to creating a VIP level experience for our tour. We had a wonderful time, thanks to Sasha and Apex!

This was my fourth booking with Apex and though we requested our previous driver (as he was so awesome!) he wasn’t avail so we were treated to Ivo. The reason I am reviewing this again is that it’s so great to see consistency no matter who is driving. We did one day of tasting and then attended the Harvest Ball and Ivo was on every detail from ensuring my mom could get in and out comfortably to contacting our winery appointments and adjusting. Just an awesome experience and highly recommended!! Apex is and will be – my go-to in Napa. And remember – if you are going to taste either call them or get a DD!

Our Greatest experience at Napa!

It was our first time to ride a limo. Our Chauffeur Alex M. was fantastic…he is the best!!! He made us feel very special!!! The limo is clean and superb. Will definitely do it again with Apex Limousine

We recently (9-4) booked a wine tour with Apex and could not have been happier with our experience. We were a group of four that were all on our first trip to Napa. Despite having done a ton of research – we still felt like overwhelmed novices.We had ordered a Lincoln Town Car and much to our surprise, were very pleased when a limo arrived to take us on our adventure. The driver arrived promptly, took several minutes to ask what we wanted from our day and provided excellent suggestions.Our driver was Bruce – and we could not have asked for a better one. He was very knowledgeable about everything Napa – but made sure that we knew it was our day and he would do whatever we needed to make it wonderful. At the end of the day – it felt like we were saying goodbye to an old friend rather than a driver for the day. I would not hesitate to ask for Bruce again.We would absolutely book Apex when back in Napa. It made a safe driving day where everyone could have fun and not worry about getting the rest back without incident.

My wife and our very good friends just returned from an incredible trip to Napa and have Apex Limousines to thank for much of it. We had a fantastic driver (Eric) who had a great personality and extensive knowledge of the wineries. Eric was always on time and so accommodating to us as we purchased wines and traveled from wineries to restaurants. We would highly recommend using Apex and will certainly use them again next time in Napa!!

My family and I spent two days touring Napa wineries with Apex Limousines. Bruce was our driver and I can not emphasize enough how good at his job he is. We had a great deal of our itinerary already planned out, but Bruce had some incredible advice and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was an unforgettable one. Alex arrived a little early for our 6 hour tour which allowed us to square away our paperwork and tell him what we wanted to experience and taste for the day. Alex is much more than a driver; he is very friendly and an extremely knowledgeable wine valley guide. We requested small wineries with high end Cabernet. He knew right where to take us, made the arrangements and we were off. He shared his knowledge of the area and other wineries we did not visit as we traveled to our destinations. His recommendation for lunch was spot on. We changed things up after lunch and he was able to accommodate us on the fly.

The price was right and no hidden fees. The booking and paperwork was quick and easy. The car was impeccable and free water provided. We were incredibly happy with our entire experience with Alex M. and Apex. No need to look anywhere else!

This was the second time we used Apex Limousines for a Napa trip. We were fortunate to have Leo as our driver for the 2nd time. Not only are the cars extremely well maintained, but Leo is the best driver ever! Such a great guy, made some wonderful suggestion when one of our wineries ended up being closed for a private event I would absolutely uset his company again, and specifically request Leo as our driver. Just a really great experience!

This is the second time we’ve used Apex’s services while in Napa, and it was even better than the first time. As others have mentioned, they’re very professional about their communications as well as being on-time for appointments. I would highly recommend Eric Hayashi as a driver; he was friendly, very knowledgeable, and really made the experience special. We will definitely be using Apex the next time we’re out wine tasting.
