Alex our driver was fantastic. Had hired for 6 hours. Perfect day. Knowledgeable – friendly – personalable. Not great cheapest way to get around. Better than driving around especially where we were going. Made the tastings so much better and relaxing. Definitely recommend. Next time in Yountville will do again. Hint. 6 hours is decent rate. Go above that it gets pricey. Good value for 6 hours.

Eric from Apex provided a comfortable and clean vehicle for the six of us. He picked us up on time in San Francisco and took us for a very enjoyable day in Napa. Eric was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgable. We had researched wineries and he helped us narrow our choices on the ride up. We ended up stopping at Grgich (our favorite tasting experience), Hall (best modern building and view) and Caymus with a lunch stop in between. The best part of the experience was that all of us were able to sample with reckless abandon and without having to worry about the drive home at the end of the day.

Our tour of Napa is always exceptional when we hire a driver. Eric was our Apex driver on this visit and he was excellent. He new the area and suggested an excellent winery to add to our trip.

We have often told ourselves the next time we will hire a driver in Napa. This time we did….. we used Apex and the experience was fantastic the car clean and the driver Erik on time. We had a flexible schedule and I am glad we did… half the beauty of the tour was having a driver who really knew his stuff and the wineries and was not nervous to share his views and opinions. He knew almost every parcel in the valley and not just the wines but the people who tend the vines.

My advice as Napa has become more crowded all year long and is coming out of the previous recession is to go through Apex and leave the driving to them. Also, I would ask for Erik but don’t do it in February 2016 as we will be going back and I intend to hire him for our family visit…..

Our driver Bruce was more of a guide than a driver. He knew people at every stop we visited and got us into some tastings that we had not scheduled but had time for on a busy Saturday. His considerate way of speaking was very becoming to our group. He was great at being there when needed, and not joining the party. When I go back I will be calling APEX and demanding Bruce as my driver.

Alex M was a wonderful driver who shared a wealth of information with us during our two days with him. There were five of us traveling together and we hired Apex for two days our wine vacation. We had a full itinerary and Alex kept us on schedule and entertained the entire time. He also found a fun little shop to try some wine at the end of a busy day. We knew we would go over our time on the second day and we were well informed on the additional costs. I would highly recommend Apex Limousines and Alex M. specifically.

This was a great way to travel from winery to winery and not have to worry with directions or driving. Our driver, Eric, was very knowledgable about the area and wineries and we actually let him pick a few of the places for us. We were very pleased with the overall experience and we would most definitely use this company again in the future.

Eric provided a top-notch tour. He gave us recommendations, provided professional advice, and entertained us all day. We are ready to book another trip!!!! Excellent!

Fun, Knowledgable driver!We would definitely use Eric at Apex again! Having lived outside of Napa for years, we now live in Chicago and visit wine country with friends at least once a year. We had Eric drive us around on Saturday for tastings. We could not have asked for more.We had our own itinerary but altered it to try some of his recommendations and could not have been happier! He was fun, knowledgable and entertaining! We will definitely use him again for our next trip to wine country!My only questions is about gratuity. We were told it was included and when we paid my husband asked him and he said he got a fee of $75…so it sounded like that was it. Which could not be true since there was a lot added for gratuity and gas when I booked. That must have been gratuity. So my husband and our friend bought him a $75 on top of it out of guilt. Next time I will clarify with Apex prior to the trip. I believe we double tipped and it was an expensive day to begin with. We weren’t sure of our arrival time, so he was waiting for us for about half an hour. Then the day ended with him taking us to a winery he recommended that we had never heard of near our hotel…which put us over time and I got hit with an additional $54 on my card.

We had a great driver, Eric, and he took us exactly where we were looking to go! What a fantastic day in wine country to celebrate my husbands birthday.

Mel was fantastic. We had nothing planned and no idea where we wanted to go. Just that we wanted quaint out of the way places to visit. That is all he needed. He took us to the first stop and sat in the car while we went in, and he planned the rest of our day. Making phone calls to get us in hard to reserve places. He planned everything right down to lunch. He was curteous, friendly, polite and a joy to be around. I wanted to take him with us for the rest of our trip!!!

Alex was perfectly advising and suggestive of other wineries, while staying true to our pre-booked winery tours and visits. He knows the area very well along with the roads to miss traffic. He was fun, polite and professional. We had a fantastic 2 days with Alex!

We had an amazing experience with our driver Eric. He picked us up on time in Sausalito and he entertained us with his wit and wine knowledge on the 1.5 hour ride up to Sonoma. From there he took us through the hills to Napa. Once again a beautiful drive and engaging conversations. After visiting the 3 wineries on our itinerary, Eric suggested one last stop at a beautiful winery up on a hillside l(Domaine Carneros) overlooking the Napa valley… What an amazing way to end our day! Our whole trip was perfection thanks to the professionalism and expertise of our new friend Eric!

We were in Napa for a girls weekend 9/24 to 9/27 and thought a Friday tour of the wineries would be a great idea. We used Apex Limousine services and Ivo was our driver, all I will say is he did a FANTASTIC job looking after us 4 ladies and ensuring we saw some great wineries. We went from small boutique wineries to a couple of the larger ones. His choices were spot on, he was very patient with all our indecision’s and really was a gentleman. Thanks Apex, I will definitely use your company again when I am in Napa!
