We had the most fantastic experience with Andrey. He was knowledgable, thoughtful, interactive and kept us on schedule for planned tastings. After asking us a few questions Andrey was able to interject some very valuable information about the wineries we had chosen and those we were considering. He was a fabulous guide around Napa and around San Francisco as well. He was always on time, the car was immaculate, and he in good spirits, ready to help us enjoy our day. We had the pleasure of having Andrey as our driver for three days.

Eric, our driver was absolutely terrific. He was 10 mins early to pick us up, was very flexible and patient throughout the day as we changed our plans a bit during the second half of the trip. He also made some great recommendations and introduced us to a boutique winery we may have not found on our own. Highly recommend Apex and Eric – will definitely use this service again.

Since it was a rainy day my husband and I decided to get out of the city and head to Napa. Alex M. was our driver and he was simply fantastic!! We had great conversation on our way to Napa and he had so much information to share about the area, the vineyards and the wineries! We loved every minute of our trip and can’t wait to come back! We will absolutely use Apex and request Alex M again!!

Bruce, our driver, was both entertaining and knowledgeable about the region and it’s history. His suggested tasting spots at Sterling and Domaine Los Carneros were both excellent choices. Highly recommend using this service if you are planning a trip to Napa!!

Been to Napa Valley on our own but Apex is the way to go. Eric was our driver and did an outstanding job. very friendly and knowledgeable. Took us to wineries we had never heard of and their wine was great.Thanks Eric!!

We had a wonderful day with Alex as our driver and picked us up at our hotel right on time. We had planned an itinerary for the day and had time built in for an unscheduled tasting here and there. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and took us to some wonderful places that we never would’ve scheduled on our own. All in all it was great service. Very professional, yet personable at the same time. For our next trip to Napa we will be using Apex again.

We were fortunate enough to have Eric as our driver for three days of wine tasting experiences within the Napa/Sonoma regions. He was courteous and provided us with excellent winery education as we drove through the regions including history of the vineyards and background on the proprietors of the wineries. He is extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions asked. His personality made this a very enjoyable experience and we appreciated all the suggestions that he gave. The vehicle was clean and water was provided for all passengers. If you make a reservation I suggest that you request Eric and you will be sure to have a positive experience.!

We are just back from a fantastic day out with Paul Schneider our driver and guide. We had a fantastic day and saw most of the valley . We had a great tour around the Rutherford caves and lunch with view . Paul is a Great guide who made our day thoroughly enjoyable . Perfect gentleman too. Would recommend to anyone 10/10

Alex M picked us up at our hotel right on time, was extremely courteous and professional throughout our entire day. He catered to our every wish, yet gave us complete privacy and never rushed us. The best part was that we had one vineyard that we wanted to see but we weren’t sure what others we should visit. Alex took us to Castello Di Amarosa as we had planned, then he took us to Van Strassen, Sterling and Fleury. Van Strassen and Fleury are small vineyards and very personalized tours…they were awesome! Great wine and great people. These vineyards require reservations and Alex got us in no problem. Sterling was cool because of the gondola ride and it was nice to bounce back in forth from large to small vineyards. Wine tasting and driving don’t go together so We will always use a driving service when we come to Napa and it will always be Apex.

We chose to use Apex again after a wonderful experience with them two years ago. What can I say except they have continued to provide the absolute best in drivers, vehicle and experiences for our return trip to Napa. They were the most economical transportation from SFO to our wedding venue in Walnut Creek and then on to our three days in Napa then back to SFO. I continue to recommend them. Boris, our driver, was professional and just the best. Thanks Apex!

When I look for a word to describe our group’s experience, amazing does not even come close to a strong enough word. We had the most wonderful driver, Ivo. He helped us decide what stops would be best and assisted with a last minute reservation for a semi-private tour/tasting in the Napa/Sonoma area. He offered a suggestion for a lunch stop that was beyond amazing and ended our tour at a beautiful vineyard that offered a new experience for us with a sparkling wine tasting. Ivo provided the icing on top when he stopped at a peak around the Golden Gate Bridge for a wonderful photo op. I can say with the utmost conviction that if I ever have an opportunity to repeat the experience, I will specifically request Ivo.

I had done Napa by myself and this time waa returning with my boyfriend. Decided to get a car and driver so we could enjoy and not have to think about moderation. Found Apex online. Great experience for reservation and follow up. Eric was our driver. On time and very knowledgeable. Had a really great time. We told him where we wanted to go and he made sure we did the wineries in the proper order.

He even made a stop at a restaurant I really wanted to try. This makes such a difference. Wish we had a 3rd day. 53 wines in 2 and a half day.

Alex knows Napa very well and is a wealth of information as you drive through Napa and Sonoma… he is a great person and only critique was two fold- we informed the dispatcher we were running 15 min late due to a conference call and they did not share with him and he did not have the address plugged into his gps when we arrived in the vehicle.. When we neared SF he was kind and gracious and offered an amazing photo op of the golden gate bridge from the lofts…. great overall and i would reco him for a tour

Four of us had a wine tour of Napa with Eric. It was incredible. For about the same price as the bus tour with 70 people, he picked us up at our hotel, took us over the Golden Gate bridge through Sausalito then on to three wineries in Napa. He was very knowledgeable of the area and the wine. I requested him because I read previous reviews on TripAdvisor. It was the highlight of our trip.

Very well priced, nice vehicle, knowledgeable driver – what more can you ask for? Eric, our driver for the day, was on time, courteous, and helpful. I would definitely recommend Apex and Eric, and will plan on using them next time I’m in Napa.
