Alex was the best driver, he went above and beyond our expectations and was extremely accommodating towards our group. Would def. use Apex and Alex again when visit Napa!

We could not have been more pleased with the service from Apex. We had a group of 7 girls in a limo for two days – one in Sonoma, one in Napa. Bruce, our driver, was punctual, extremely knowledgable, and made us feel like royalty as he drove us to the vineyards! We had a list of places recommended to us, and Bruce helped us break down the list and showed us many new ones he thought we would enjoy – and he was right! He really made us feel comfortable, and relaxed, while keeping us on schedule so we did not go over our time limit. I researched many companies when booking, and I am SO glad we booked Apex. I would not hesitate to use Apex and Bruce when we return!

Let’s start the review with: Alex M. was excellent. He was knowledgeable, polite, attentive, reserved, aware and professional. The vehicle was very clean, cooled off quickly, and was reasonably comfortable. The website said that a bottle of Champagne was included in the price, along with a few liquors. The “Champagne” ended up being a bottle of Asti, which isn’t champagne, and the liquors were Kirkland liquors (for anyone that’s had them, they are just fine for the middle of the road liquors you would expect gratis). All in all, we had a great time, and a lot of it was due to Alex’s knowledge and professionalism. When considering Apex for your limousine needs, see if you can get Alex M. as your driver.

I wanted to surprise my husband with a birthday date to wine country. It is a pleasure to be driven to the wine region , less stress and we can enjoy the beautiful views! Our driver Eric was knowledgeable regarding the growing regions in the valley and some tips on visiting new wineries in the area.

Apex Limo Service was awesome. Alex M. was our driver and guide. He tailored our tour of Napa wineries specifically for us. Since we have been to Napa several times before he took us to several small out of the way wineries; he book reservations for each; then coordinated the trip to maximize the tour. Alex was very knowledgeable about Napa’s wineries. There were 4 of us in a Lincoln and we were quite comfortable. In all a very good trip and reasonably priced for the competition.

We had an excellent wine tasting experience in Napa with Apex Limo. Bruce was exceptional. He picked us up on time and was very knowledgeable with all the local wineries. He did not make us feel rushed and encouraged us to spend as much time as we liked at each winery, yet he kept us on time to avoid an over charge for extra hours. I would definitely use Apex for my next wine tour and would request Bruce.

Having been to Napa and Sonoma and also hiring a limousine service in the past, my group of six had an idea of what wineries we wanted our driver to take us to, and Ivo did exactly this for us in six hours. We had somewhat of an idea of the best order we should visit the wineries, and we knew we needed an appointment for one winery, and Ivo was there to deliver for us. He put the wineries along with lunch in order, scheduled the appointment knowing where we would be and at what time, he knew how long we should be at each wine tasting if we wanted to accomplish what was on our list (and not go overtime), he drove us to the diner we requested and gave us an idea of how much time we should linger over lunch, he was punctual in the morning at pick up time, the limousine was clean and stocked with water, soda, ice, champagne, scotch, whiskey and vodka. He told us where he would have to park and at one tasting, he asked that we call him so he would know to pull the car up when we were leaving that winery. Very professional and helpful. I would definitely call this limousine service again when in Napa!

Alex M. Was amazing!! He had so much knowledge about Napa and where we should go. Was very nice, polite and organized! We will use him next time!

Paul, our driver, was extremely helpful and polite. He had a wealth of knowledge on Napa, gave a few suggestions but not pushy at all. He listened carefully to what we wanted to do (we’ve been to Napa many times) He knew which roads to take to avoid traffic and he was an excellent driver. He opened our doors, helped carry our wine boxes, took photos of us. He phoned us to tell us he was on his way, was on time. We extended a bit and he was clear on the extra half hour cost.
Only downer was the vehicle itself. It was an APEX SUV that was a bit old. Our personal vehicles were more up to date. No reflection on Paul; he was hired to drive an APEX car. Price was competitive. Would use them again as we felt safe and comfortable.

We had an amazing time touring Napa with Eric. He’s friendly, extremely knowledgeable and knows his way around. We appreciate all of your input and will definitely be seeing you again. Apex is the way to go!!

Luke, our driver took us to wineries and then to dinner afterward, and was very prompt, professional, and thoughtful. I would use Apex transportation again and thought their prices were very fair.

In a few words, highly reliable service from Napa to SFO early in the morning. There is a wide range of transportation service options, with lots of horror stories posted about missed connections. Apex Transportation was highly rated, and did not disappoint.

We came up with a few places in mind and decided a car for the day was the safe decision, especially in the rain. Alex M was there on time, listened to our picks and made some great suggestions along the way based on our tastes and proximity so we could spend more time enjoying the wineries and less time driving around. Clean, comfortable ride with water always at hand, an umbrella for the rain and always a smile. Will definitely book with Apex again.

I tend to fly by the seat of my pants when it comes to tours.

To be honest, I knew I wanted to go to one particular vineyard, but had not knowledge of the Napa/Sonoma area.

It was on a wing and a prayer (or rather a Google and quote) that I booked through Apex.

Eric rolled up at our hotel on time and ready to set out. We went straight out to Coppola Estate and had a good meal followed by an amazing tasting.

Having listened to our interest in reds, when we hopped back in the car Eric suggested Ridge as our next stop which provided a great variety of the area.

We decided to squeeze in a third stop and we were given two suggestions, the second of which was Lambert Bridge – another perfect choice.

This was the perfect way to spend our day (incidentally our 10th anniversary).

I would recommend this as a great way to visit this wine region to benefit from their knowledge, service and no one having to be the skipper!
